The USDA Rural Development Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program assists lenders in providing low and moderate income homebuyers an opportunity to own adequate, modest, decent, safe, and sanitary dwellings as their primary residence in eligible rural areas.

The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Loan Program sets standards for home loans to improve housing standards, conditions, and provide adequate home financing systems through insurance of mortgage loans to stabilize the mortgage market.
